The Toy Store is a small private-owned shop in Ansley Mall near Midtown. The image above is a screen capture of their website, and I think it could definitely use a lot of work. Although the font is kind of fun... although barely... it is too much like the microsoft word standard "curlz" font that I really don't like. I feel like the logo and the whole feel of the identity of the shop is not up to date, and there is a lot of potential for a re-branding project, because since it's a toy store there are a lot really cool things that would work, and it would be fun to work on.
The Mediterranean Grill is in Midtown, and is one of my favorite restaurants. You can see in their website that the branding is not very appealing, and a bit over the top on the tacky side. The restaurant caters to a much younger (college and young adults) crowd and I think if it had a trendier look it would help a lot.
I'm still searching for a lot more options...
