You know I like the the Phoenix Wing one. maybe the letter images one it a bit too clean for the place? even though I like it too. Try to make it's head turn up remember? with like it maybe holding banner with the established date maybe .. like the EAV sticker.
I could agree with Patti to try having the head turn up for the designs at the bottom. I do like the color schemes for all of them.
I may still go with the stamp look more than the phoenix design. That one is speaking to me more. The turning of the "R" in the color version makes it more like an "R" than the one in the black and white version.
