Having the phoenix tilted instead of a straight position makes it more interesting Shivani. Shows motion, as a phoenix always does, and it allows the eye to travel in and out of the logo.
On your previous post, I like the colored typeface for "Rockstar Gold Collectibles" along the black and white stamp. Just to let you know. :)
